Afterthoughts Update #18

This update adds the twelfth game (Hole in the Well) along with a bunch of general updates. Remastered menu music, Discord rich presence, an app icon, Iota of a Quota fixes, and a few other tiny things.

Also, the game is now approximately half a gig instead of ~100mb because many previously-compressed audio files are no longer compressed. Sorry about that!
