Update v0.4.0

• Implemented the game's completed soundtrack!! Every area has a theme now -- even the two areas that don't exist yet.
• Added three new items: Turtle Shell, Imprisoned Spade, and Fuego. These items are very powerful.
• Reverted a temporary change regarding Blurred Leaf and Prosperity. Those items are back to being common.
• Lowered Astro's shot speed and range a bit, since they're still proving to remain the best character.
• Lowered Gyro's range slightly. It's still enough for his shots to go off-screen.
• Sponge now adds a small chance for shots to pierce and a small chance for shots to deflect.
• Heavily lowered the chance for Hard Seltzer to replace items.
• The stat decreases from The Arqué are slightly less harsh. Fixed an internal bug with The Arqué's fire rate calculation.
• Slightly increased the damage that Jawbreaker and Blood Transfusion give.
• Slightly increased the shot speed that Paper Airplane gives.
• Started on adding sound effects. Since this is mostly unfinished, only two menu sounds are implemented so far.
• Replaced the volume "buttons" with an actual volume slider. You're welcome.
• Internally renamed "Oyster" to "Clam" because it's a clam, not an oyster. Obviously.
• Clam shoots even less bullets now. Adjusted how Clam knocks itself back while shooting.
• Fixed a major bug where the Giant Mosquito would kill itself.
• Lowered the Giant Mosquito's max HP.
• Decreased the range of the Star Cluster and Poison enemies.
